Dr. Matúš Nižnanský is a cardiac surgeon at the General University Hospital in Prague. His research explores prognostic factors of surgical treatment of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension and arterial graft flow distribution in coronary bypass surgery.

Passionate about fostering the next generation of cardiac surgeons, Dr. Nižnanský is dedicated to providing medical students with hands-on experience and guiding those interested in pursuing a career in cardiac surgery.
